Our Management Team
Stuart H. Marion, Managing Director
Stuart is the founder of Capture and is responsible for all relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stuart manages a portfolio of accounts, conducting third-party HR interviewing globally. He also is responsible for strategic planning, consultation, and partnering services for many of Capture’s clients. Before founding Capture, Stuart held senior management positions with Fidelity Investments, American Express, Chase Chemical, and The Bank of New York.
Maureen Hamilton - Marion, Director, Vice President
Maureen joined Capture in 1994 and is responsible for all accounting operations, information management, and IT testing procedures. Her portfolio of accounts includes banking, healthcare, and financial service company support operations.
Maureen also manages our technical writing team, delivering high-quality policy, procedure, and training manuals. Her team prepares all statistics, presentation materials, tabs, and banners for Capture clients.
Michael J. Halperin, Chief DEIB, Culture, and Change Officer
Mike worked with Stuart and Maureen on a consulting project about twelve years ago and have remained friends. He joined Capture in mid-2022 and leads initiatives in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging for Capture clients and culture change projects. Building on Capture’s expertise in employee engagement and customer satisfaction surveys, Mike works with clients to leverage Capture client research to install a sustainable DEIB initiative based on their specific needs.
In addition, he delivers organizational change strategy, executive coaching, strategic planning, and training design and delivery. Mike has extensive experience in many small and large organizations in healthcare, education, social services, high-tech, government agencies, and nonprofits.
